My wife and I purchased 2 golf carts from Jordan last year for our events venue. We used those carts every weekend for the spring and the fall wedding seasons. This spring when we were getting them out, we learned that there were problems with one of them. Of course it was one week past the one year warranty AND wedding season was beginning in 4 days. So we take the cart to Jordan expecting to hear bad news about the expiration of the warranty and that we would have to leave it there to get work done. Surprise! Pete, the sales manager made no big deal about the warranty and treated our problems as if the carts were purchased last month. As well, Chris, the service manager got us in and out in a very short period of time with the cart loaded and ready for our Saturday wedding. I have to tell you, these guys are awesome! Professional, customer focused, great communicators, and knowledgeable of their products. Thanks to the staff of Jordan Golf Cars for keeping us up and rolling!
